About The Character: Arrakis is a bright ray of sunshine that purposely outshines the dark shadow that hides his deep insecurities and fear of being rejected, along with a ton of trauma connected to the magical being he secretly is, and his death. Don't pay any attention to the darkness, the light is better and he doesn't want to taint it with his problems.

He is an air mage, one of eight people that was blessed with magic by a nameless goddess who was created by humanity's desire for there to be something after death. Magic is not naturally a part of the world and the process transforms mages into a being made of magic who is tied to a human shell. The result being that he's not entirely human anymore. He's a mix of pure magic and a lingering echo of his human past. (He will revert back to a human until he can regain his magic) What Arrakis thought was a gift turned into more of a curse when he learned the dark secret about his magic and its potential to destroy the world.
