Welcome to our February CR meme! This post is our monthly CR meme for everyone, an OOC intro for our New Players and also serves as a place to make some plans for our next event which will go live on February 15th. Below you will see the Event planning form as well as an Event Outline for our upcoming event.

A Royal Audience

• A Royal Forum is being held in Stellari where Seravo himself will appear - Dreamers are encouraged to attend
• There is food and drink, mingling is encouraged
• Seravo announces that he will be returning the powers that Dreamers sacrificed during the November event
• Throughout the month, Dreamers who sacrificed their regained abilities will feel the powers slowly begin to return, and they will have returned fully by the New Moon
• Seravo opens the forum to questions - one question will be allowed per character, with short Servo threads in response; please keep IC questions to IC knowledge

Flower Petal Affliction
cw: disease, blood, body horror

• Dreamers who are withholding something important / hiding a secret will develop a cough and begin to feel sick
• Locals are aware of the disease and warn that it will progress quickly unless the truth is told
• The afflicted feel symptoms such as fever, headache, weakness, difficulty breathing, and a persistent cough which produces flower petals and blood, as roots grow in the lungs
• The disease also causes increased feelings of mistrust for the people around you
• The afflicted WILL die if the disease is not cured, and it can only be cured by confessing the afflicted's hidden truths

Crystal Corruption

• Corrupted clusters of crystal begin appearing in the swamp, where local workers are stationed, tasked with destroying it - Dreamers are asked to help
• Getting close to the corrupted crystal will cause feelings of mistrust to grow between the Dreamers working together, worsening the longer they are exposed
• Dreamers must work in pairs of twos or threes to clear corrupted crystal
• Dreamers will help remove corrupted crystal from the swamp by either crushing clusters, helping snakes who are afflicted with the crystal, skimming the waters for crystal clusters, or removing crystal clusters from trees
• Crystal clusters are collected in small bags that are to be returned in exchange for a small amount of cords (up to three bags)
• Crystal clusters are also appearing in Lumindeas, which Dreamers are also asked to help clear
• Crystal rings (similar to fairy rings) can only be cleared by two Dreamers standing in the middle and telling a truth
• Crystal in the woods can only be cleared without using magic
• Domestic animals are infected with the crystal and must have it cleared, as well as wolves from the woods, which much be healed so they don't spread the parasite
• Those who clear the crystal in town are asked to bring them to a purification dance, where they will be paired up and taught a dance similar to the tango; it increases trust between the partners

Truth & Trust

• The Uweih religion is holding truth & trust exercises at the gold crystal to promote healing from the flower petal disease
• The event has the atmosphere of a festival, with music, food, games, and other pageantry
• Dreamers are encouraged to participate in activities such as trust falls, telephone, two truths & a lie, etc. (there will be a list of activities and directions for how they work)
• Participating in these activities will help Dreamers start to feel better if they are afflicted with the disease, but only if they've addressed the hidden truth that is making them sick

There will be a header comment for all questions aimed at Seravo on the event post. The NPC will be available for one question per player. In order to keep the tag load manageable, the threads may be kept fairly short. Seravo reserves the right to ignore or talk around any question he doesn't want to answer. Only those who attend the Audience can ask questions of Seravo.

All questions/thread starters should be posted before February 18th 11:59pm CST. After the end of February, any threads with the NPC will be considered wrapped.

Interests: I recently had six(!!) teeth out so I'm a bit intermittent, forgive me. I LOVE TO PUT MY HEADERS IN ALL CAPS. I own two cats but live with 9 others and will talk to you about them endlessly, because I'm a cat lady in training. I love video games! I currently play FFXIV and SWTOR with buds, but I'm a big FF fan, I love two player games, and have you heard about our lord and savior Xenosaga?

KIM DOKJA | OMNISCIENT READER'S VIEWPOINT

Character Name: Kim Dokja
Canon: Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint
Character Age: 28
General Info: Dokja is a lifelong reader of a novel called Ways of Survival. Unfortunately, when the novel finished, Korea (and the rest of the world) was plunged into the same story he'd just finished reading. (It's not really an isekai, but it starts out seeming that way: [SPOILERS] Dokja is in essence actually the god, creator, and center of this universe, and the novel was written for him by his friends in the future to help him survive in the past. He's essentially stuck in a time loop they're trying to break him out of).

Dokja uses his knowledge of the upcoming encounters to turn the tide of the story in his favor, and then to keep all the characters and people he knows alive. At his canon point, however, he let himself be killed in order to ensure the survival of everyone else. (He has a plan for how he's going to live! But no one else knows about it.)

Dokja always has a smile on his face and seems very friendly. However, people will notice that the smile never truly reaches his eyes. In truth, he's always calculating the best path to take, and he suffers from severe depression and self-worth issues from a lifetime of abuse.

Permissions Post: Info & General Permissions, Opt-in for his powerset.

State Of: Dokja is trying to be social in order to get his powers back! He's generally helpful, although he's had some fun fights on Oraclenet with various characters. This event is going to ruin him very badly ♥

CR Desires/RP Wishlist:
- ENEMIES. People hating Dokja/Dokja not liking people is always fun for me!
- Other manipulative/Xanatos gambit planners and schemers
- Gamers, he used to live in a livestream and work at a company called Mino-soft
- have you ever wanted to fourth wall a character? Dokja's good for it

Non-Event Plans: Just to have him be social and get into more internet fights. Maybe start a literature or poetry club?

Event Plans: Most importantly: Dokja is probably going to die to the disease.

I'm open to having characters attempt to encourage him to speak of whatever he's repressing, but more than likely he will not open up. If you're down to attempt, let me know! I don't want to say it'll never work because RP can come at you quick, after all.

Other than that, he'll help clear the crystal corruption, participate in the Uweih event, and probably cause some people to fail trust falls/never actually be the person trusting things if he can help :) Feel free to call him out on that.

I have no clear plans I just wanted to tell you that I want more things with them. They'd be best trust fall buddies. Or they can go smash some crystals together. Or Wolfwood can aggressively shake some of those petals out of him.

first off your wolfwood is FANTASTIC and i have so much fun threading with him (i am largely canonblind, i only ever watched trigun '98 when i was like, 12).

It's so hard to pick but i'm honestly tempted by smashing crystals/shaking flowers out followed by post-death trust falls, maybe.

Why do i picture them both like "you go first"

LDJFDJL PERCEIVED! I appreciate the praise, he's slightly off my typical wheelhouse so I'm glad I'm doing well! (Plus I have the option of canon updating him later to The Horrors)

JEAN KIRSTEIN | ATTACK ON TITAN

Character Name: Jean Kirstein
Canon: Attack on Titan
Character Age: 20
General Info: A charming demeanor with a blunt but caring personality, and a teasing streak bordering on a little mean. He's noted to be an extremely good leader within his canon, so he tries to take charge when he can. He's skilled with his omnidirectional maneuvering gear. He acts and looks, quite frankly, a lot older than his age would suggest, due to his experiences at home.

Jean's been here over a year! He's worked on his guilt and blame issues, and is focused on taking care of and helping others. He now runs Thermo, a meal delivery service/doordash hybrid, and he's looking to continue extending into Stellari. He's also (eventually) getting married to Dolph (laserhawk), and is already married to Eren (abandonhumanity). He also started dating Reiner (nohero). I SWEAR HE'S BI-PAN ANY LADIES OR ENBIES WANNA HIT HIM UP -

State Of: Jean's feeling pretty good! He's in a good place with his romantic relationships and friendships, Thermo is doing well, and he's beginning to train people in ODM gear and combat.

- People he can clash with or other stronger personalities due to having Strong Opinions on things like food and caring for others
- People he can team up with in combat
- People he can save in combat and be a badass!

Non-Event Plans: Nope.

Event Plans: Jean is going to help with clearing corrupted crystals! I specifically would love threads dealing with increasing distrust (and coming down from that), crystal fairy rings with closer CR, and him learning the trust tango.

I'll be skipping Hanahaki for him (he doesn't keep a lot of secrets anymore) and he wouldn't go near the cult with a ten foot pole.
