Welcome to the game, newbies! To our current dreamer crew, glad you're still with us! This post will act as an OOC intro for new players and a CR meme for everyone. Below you will see the CR meme form as well as a Event Outline for our current TDM. There will also be a "Sleepr" post later this month, next weekend infact! Low stakes fun CR building. Look forward to it!

Garden of Dreams
dreamers are brought to the enchanted garden
two flowers, Agapanthus and Snapdragons causing sleepiness or energy
dragonkin arrive to guide new arrivals from the garden and take them to the new portal that has appeared.
Within Somnius
sun is up, still snowing 24/7
Locals want the dreamers to leave Somnius and go to Lumindeas, but THEY DO NOT HAVE TO, nor do they have to move their business - can if they want, but not required
Seravo's voice welcomes the dreamers to the new setting
Passing through the portal, dreamer feels their greatest current desire in an overwhelming manner
The Land of Lumindeas
the land is large and varied with plenty to explore.
it is winter and snowy, though crisper and lighter than the atmosphere in Visium
Portal Settlement outside of the city is where Dreamers wind up
Farms with animal and crop specialties exist and require hands to help
Yhaveh Forest is labyrinth like and dangerous, it's possible to get lost
There's a seashell gathering contest for those who want to participate and street food vendors for anyone visiting
The airships offer travel to an overnight trip through the Air Cliffs and an overnight trip to the hot springs in the Crystal Spires
Into Starlit Walls
the city is massive, and overall welcoming
Dragonkin are a dominant race of locals
Vaeros will have a funeral, a lantern lighting ritual as proclaimed by Seravo, his brother.
The royal quarter, the place where all dreamers have the option to live is looking to decorate with emotion-filled streamers
The greenery is having a paint-fight-contest for fun and profit
The dockyards are looking for a few good fishermen, but the water sure seems to have strange properties...
There's a criminal element evident in the city and appropriate locations such as bars and smoking dens and card parlors to hang out in.
Gilded Wishes
Dreamers are drawn to the golden crystal in the center of town
The crystal here replaces the crystal used for rewards in Visium (here)
The golden bracelets (seen during the 4th wall event) may contain memories of the original wearer or dreams/visions of their world if taken care of
Dreamers are encouraged to change their grand wish (the wish that made the contract); IF YOU CHOOSE TO DO SO, please respond to your original application with your updated wish, or it won't be counted
The crystal is offering welcome gifts; you can choose any ONE out of the five options per player

About Me: Hey there!! Your neighborhood friendly insurance agent here in their late 30s who lives in Florida... I have a lot of interests, but lately I've been playing Metaphor and watching Yellowjackets. My big favs are Undertale, Final Fantasy, SMT, Zelda, The Office, Parks & Rec, Full Metal Alchemist, & Attack on Titan

Character Name: Basil
Canon: Omori
Character Age: He'll be 17 in February!
General Info: Generally shy yet kind hearted, Basil is someone who has just gone through a Bad Time in canon and is heavily influenced by trauma as a result. He's developed quite a bit in Somnius and has found strength in the people he's formed bonds with here, but he's still pretty anxious... He has some pretty intense abandonment issues, but is still doing his best day-by-day regardless. He's recently gotten back into taking pictures and loves taking care of flowers! I have a handy opt out post for him, too.

Desired CR: I'm always up to see how CR generally goes! Basil tends to get along with a lot of people, but generally really abrasive characters may or may not trigger him since he was bullied for a long while back at home. I'd just love to wing it and see how things go whenever I thread with someone though.

Monthly Plans: I am looking to mostly tag out or have closed threads to help out with my RP load. I don't have any solid plans, but he's been exploring the new setting just like others are!! The biggest thing to note is that he's extremely hesitant to try to make any wishes since he feels like they may not come true at this point.

As a note, he runs a flower shop and takes requests for specific plants, whether they're from other worlds or not.

RP Wishlist: His faith in this place has gone downhill with the departure of both Sunny and Aubrey, though he won't mention it. I'd love to just focus on something positive for him to happen, though I'm good with anything negative, too!

Anything else:

I'm pretty happy with the loose plans for hot springs. When he finds out how hot the water is, natsume's gonna cheat and pop out the dragon partial transformation and take advantage of it. Which can lead to other shenanigans. /eyebrow wiggle

Oh geee, oh gosh... it sure would be a shame if we did more cute stuff together.

I think we've cleared a few things off now so, perhaps a hot spring thread. Kenma has some big wish plans so he might invite Basil along for that depending on things!

Character Name: Historia Reiss
Canon: Attack on Titan
Character Age: 19
General Info: Historia is a character who just discovered herself in her canon. For a long time, she was more or less wearing a mask and was basically a "people pleaser". She was kind, happy, and basically self-sacrificing when it came to others. Since a pretty major turn of events in canon for her, she's become more true to herself. She won't hesitate to step up if she has to, and definitely won't hesitate to throw any punches if needed, though she hasn't lost any kindness either. Considering her new-found role as queen at home, she's gotten used to taking advantage of being in power to help those who need it.

Desired CR: Found family is one of the biggest ones for her! She hasn't really had the chance to HAVE a family at home, so I'd love this for her... Other than that, negative and positive CR, sparring partners, or just anyone who she can form any sort of bond with sounds good to me.

Monthly Plans: I've been wanting for her to volunteer to do something to help better the lives of those who are here? With it still being cold, I was hoping to have her offer food or blankets to any newcomers, or even some shards to those who are in need of them.
I've been having her explore the new setting like others, and she would definitely volunteer to help out at the farm, having gained experience with that here!

RP Wishlist: I FEEL LIKE I ANSWERED THAT ABOVE....
