Married. Had a kid, even." He watches the fire, and lets out a long, low breath. "Till Baldur came knocking on his door." All-Father thought there was Giant left in the Realms and that they'd slipped up, so Baldur went out there expecting to find one. "Kratos thought he'd been discovered, Baldur didn't explain himself, so it went bad. Ended up chasing him and the boy across half the Realms. All-Father couldn't figure out what the end-game was here, so he decides Baldur needs some additional help. I...wasn't useful. So my boys got tapped to help their uncle instead."
