I'm a Dragoon, a knight who has the power to command dragons. Though it's been some time since I've last worked with a dragon.
[At least a thousand years.]
[She gives a small chuckle at the mental image of a baby dragon playing in a bucket of water.]
I think it's safe to say that he is at least part water dragon.
