In my experience, those who understand the power they use are the most dangerous, for the actions they undertake are not done without regard for the consequences, but in full understanding thereof. Which is not to say that some do not mindfully use their power for reasons other than good and beneficial causes, but to say all people do such would be a shameless lie.
