Announcements
We've got a few things below I want to cover! There are some changes on the horizon I want to remind everyone of and a couple of page updates as well!
Bi-Monthly Applications
As announced on plurk earlier in the month of February, we will be moving to a bi-monthly application schedule. For the rest of the year our applications will fall on the following months: March, May, July, September, and November.
Players will have TWO invites per application cycle, one for each month that passes. For example, in the upcoming May cycle, players will have one invite for March, and one invite for April.
The main reason we are doing this is to allow more room for our "intense" events, as well to make them more current player/character-oriented without having to make room for new arrivals. Often I found myself struggling to keep these events open enough AND plotty/intense enough to fit with the theme. Sometimes this resulted in events that were not friendly to newbies, or were not quite what the player base wanted in a more event intense month.
Please note also, that the metaplot of the game is designed to move slowly and "intense" event months do not always mean significant plot development - the plot will progress at the pace that the moderators see fit based on game happenings!
FAQ Update
Our New FAQ page is live! We will be replacing all FAQ links to the new one throughout the weekend. All questions should be directed to this FAQ. Any questions asked to the old FAQ may get lost as we will no longer be tracking that page.
Feel free to shoot any questions to this page or the *~*NEW*~* FAQ page.
