Desired CR: If you love God he'll hate you! No but seriously, he's always looking for another way to get out of the curse put on him so other people who know magical stuff might be a big plus. Also other technologically-inclined people as well as anyone he thinks he can use. (Obviously I'll discuss that sort of thing with people if it gets to that point! I don't want to overstep boundaries.) Also just snarky assholes in general.
Monthly Plans: He's quietly exploring the new city and trying to avoid the farmland if at all possible (it will not be). The new areas are fascinating to him, and he's absolutely going to take advantage of the natural friendliness of the Stellari people to get information he shouldn't if he can. He's debating whether or not he wants to move his home to the new area.
