Not quite. I can't make potions that grant an individual new abilities, especially not indefinitely, but I can make potions that can function as the ability. For example, I am capable of making potions that heal, or hurt, and even transformation potions- not that I recommend those, personally.

For the most part I've been making healing potions, and potions that can empower yourself, or weaken your enemies.
