[Because he is fully convinced that he's not, in fact, being a bully. Nothing he's saying is untrue, and he's even going to give the fraud tips on improvement- not to mention that thanks to his outburst all the potential customers have meandered elsewhere, and thus won't be drinking whatever swill this man is selling.
Just going to sweep the fact that he's brought a child into this for the sake of being extra condescending under the rug. This was just a lesson in being the change you want to be. Or something.]
